切割中心Auxilary calegory
CNC+TCP:采用數控龍門桁架式結構,X、Y、Z、U、V五軸何服聯動,X、Y、Z實現空間任意位置定位,U、V實現割qiang空間姿態控制。龍門導軌方向驅動采用雙邊何服同步控制。
切割中心為龍門切割專門用型號,固定底盤結構;定位模塊使用的汽缸動力夾緊裝置,包括側面夾緊和頂面壓固。在上料側和下料側都有固定,保證切割進行中型鋼的穩定。
CNC+TCP:CNC gantry truss structure is adopted,with five axis servo linkage of X,Y.Z.U and V.X.Y and Z realize positianing at anyposition in space,and U and V realize attitude control of cutting gun in space.The directional drive of the gantry guide adopts bilat-eral servo synchronous control.
The cutting center is a special model for gantry cutting.with a fixed chassis structure;The cylinder power clamping device used inthe positioning module includes side clamping and top pressing.Fixed on both the loading and unloading sides to ensure the stabili-ty of medium steel during cutting.

配套電纜和傳感器采用新部件,考慮到這一部件的安全性要求,原來部件不使用。
